The Maynard Rod & Gun Club requests a $100.00 deposit to confirm your reservation.  The balance due is payable on the day of your function.  If you cancel your reservation and we are not able to re-book the facility for that date, your deposit will not be refunded.   We do not accept credit cards.

Our facilities will be available two hours prior to your function for your preparation and set-up.   If requested, we will do our best to provide additional set-up time, but this must be coordinated with us in advance.

We have a list of excellent caterers and entertainers of all kinds.  We suggest Concord Rental (978-461-4774), Sudbury Taylor Rental (978-443-7368) or Encore Rentals (978-562-0022) for function equipment..

If you are catering your own function, you should remember to bring all the things that a caterer would bring, such as cooking utensils, pots, pans, condiments, charcoal, cups, plasticware, napkins, etc., as we do not provide any of these items.   Tables should be cleared after your function.  We will provide trash containers and liners.  

Champagne or wine toasts are available at a reasonable cost.  Coffee/Tea service is also available.  Sodas and juices are available at the bar.

Fishing in our trout pond is restricted to club members and their guests only.

All Alcoholic beverages consumed on our property must be purchased from us in accordance with Town of Maynard Liquor License Regulations.  No carry-in coolers are allowed at outdoor functions.

We do not rent our facilities for teen parties of any kind
