The Fire Lite Room is our main function
room. Capacity of this room is 220 people, featuring round tables and padded
chairs, a hardwood dance floor, and a large fieldstone fireplace.
The Fire Lite Room is available for $425.00
for up to five hours. This rate includes bar service and standard room set-up.
Special set-ups may require an additional charge. For example, theatre style
seating or chapel style seating for weddings at our fireplace is available for
an additional $50.00. There is also a charge for the use of our kitchen
facilities. One additional rental hour is available for $100.00. A
refundable security deposit of $50.00 is required.
For Function Hall rentals, we request a
final count and floor layout a week in advance of your event. If you decorate,
no staples please, and we discourage the use of glitter and confetti-type
material. Tape on the walls and thumbtacks on the beams are acceptable, but
please arrange to have your decorations removed immediately after your function.
